Once you have found the right place to study you should contact a proper Erasmus+ faculty coordinator that will check if you may participate in the program, and send your nomination to the partner university. Erasmus+ mobility for traineeship

  • Outgoing students

Erasmus+ mobility for traineeship can take place at every cycles of studies, from the Bachelor to Doctoral studies. Possible locations of the internship are the EU countries, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Turkey, Serbia, and North Macedonia. The length of the student mobility for traineeship ranges from 2 months (min. 60 days) up to 12 months. Students find the host institution for a traineeship on their own. It can be an enterprise, a public body, Higher Education Institution taking part in the Erasmus+ program, or a research institute. However, the program of the internship has to be related to the field of study of the trainee.

Traineeship may take place after graduation, providing that the applicant has been accepted to the program and has met all the formal requirements prior to the defense. In such a case, the applicant has to finish the traineeship not later than 12 months after graduation.

Mandatory students internships included in students curricula can be realized within the frame of the Erasmus+ traineeships.

Monthly financial scholarship depends on the country of mobility and ranges from 500 to 600 Euro. Special financial support is granted to students with disabilities, and low income students.

Applications for the Erasmus+ traineeships are made on a daily basis. Bachelor and Master students interested in this program should contact the faculty coordinator proper for their field of studies, while PhD students should apply to the Doctoral School. Detailed information about the procedure can be found at https://pg.edu.pl/international/erasmusplus-traineeships
