Each of the units must indicate a research tutor for employed scientists.

The researcher should have a doctoral degree for no longer than 8 years on the day of the end of the enrollment. The eight-year research experience does not include breaks in research work and research work outside Europe - for researchers who wish to return to Europe.

The scholarship lasts from 2 to 3 years, of which the first 1-2 years will be carried out in one of the non-associated Third Countries. Then the scientist is obliged to the so-called return phase, which lasts 1 year and is associated with a year's stay in an organization located in an EU country or in a country associated with the Horizon Europe program.
