More than 1,300 students are currently studying at our Faculty. Some of them are very active in the Faculty Student Council. Members of the Student Council are elected by students in secret and direct ballot.
They represent the remaining students during the Faculty Board meetings and take part in the work of committees distributing material assistance, i.e. social, scientific scholarships and assigning places in student houses. They are also animators of cultural, social and sport life among faculty students.
The best students of The Faculty have the opportunity to study according to the individual study schedules under the direct care of academic Staff members. Such, students can choose, according to their interests, additional subjects, including those taught at other faculties of the Gdańsk Tech, in research institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences or even at other universities.
