The Project Office at the Faculty of Applied Physics and Mathematics provides administrative support for Principal Investigators in projects run at the Faculty.
Project's Office tasks:
1. Consultations on possible financing sources.
2. Supporting the faculty members in keeping the flow of project documents between different units of Gdańsk Tech.
3. Supporting the preparation of internal documents related to project management (e.g., MojaPG application form, starting a project and opening a separate bank account for project funds).
4. Assisting with documents required at the project implementation stage (e.g., annexes to employment contracts, annual/final reports, application for changes within the project).
5. Close cooperation with the Project Management Office to ensure the proper information flow, distribution of materials and transfer of information from the Project Management Office to employees of the Faculty.
