Rules:
All participants will have to sign the attendance list for each day of the School, according to the COST regulations. About 1 month after the School, trainees accepted for the financial support will be reimbursed by the MD-GAS COST. In order to be reimbursed, the participants should submit ticket receipts with the reimbursement claim and carry out their obligations which will be specified by the COST rules.
Gdańsk University of Technology abide by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The processing of such data provided during registration shall be exclusively for the purposes of this process and COST MD-GAS Action.
The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for participation in the registration process and the project.
Candidates registered to the Training School will be asked to provide additional data stated in the registration form, and give a consent for their processing within the frame of the COST program.
