Our scientific activities comprise the fabrication of nanomaterials and comprehensive investigation of their structure and physical properties.
Research is conducted in the fields of:
- Thin films of metal oxides deposited by magnetron sputtering, sol-gel and ALD methods;
- Glasses and glass-ceramics with modified properties, enriched with nanocrystals or metallic nanoparticles;
- Plasmonic platforms based on metallic nanostructures and nano-alloys;
- Integration of plasmonic nanostructures and optically active materials;
- Nano- and micrometric spin textures in thin films and macroscopic magnetic materials.
