Nobel laureate Prof. Donna Strickland is visiting the University of Silesia. The physicist will give guest lectures and meet with the academic community and residents of the region. The co-discoverer of the method for generating high-intensity laser pulses will talk about her research work, as well as the role of women in science.
On Tuesday, October 25, at 10 a.m., the Nobel laureate will give a lecture entitled "Study of multi-frequency Raman spectra."
