The Pol'and'Rock Festival 2021 organisers thank the Faculty for the involvement | Faculty of Applied Physics and Mathematics at the Gdańsk University of Technology

We promoted our Faculty at the Academy of Fine Arts and talked about our fields of study. Everything was supported by interesting demonstrations and experiments. It was a few great days during which we had the opportunity to share the knowledge and discuss current issues in the field of science and technology. We were happy to notice that the stand of the Gdańsk University of Technology, which enjoyed incredible popularity, was one of only two scientific stands and the only one prepared by a technical university. Today, when the festival emotions have already subsided, we had the opportunity to feel positive energy again thanks to the special acknowledgements that Gdańsk Tech received from the WOŚP foundation for co-creating this event. We are very happy that we could be a part of the Pol'and'Rock Festival and we hope that we will be able to continue such activity also in the incoming years.

At this point, we would like to thank and congratulate all employees and students of our Faculty, without whom it would not be possible to organize the stand. In particular, thanks are due to the initiator and organizer D.Sc. Aleksandra Mielewczyk-Gryń, Ph.D. Tadeusz Miruszewski, Ph.D. Wojciech Skubida, Ph.D. Sebastian Wachowski, Ph.D. Piotr Winiarz, as well as students and doctoral students Oliwa Bilska, Martyna Czudec, Krzysztof Gołyga, Daniel Jaworski and Ewelina Kowalewska. Special thanks are also addressed to the Vice-Rector for Education Marek Dzida, PhD, Eng., the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Physics and Mathematics, Prof. Józef Sienkiewicz, PhD, Eng., and the PG Promotion Department for their help and support in organizing the event.
