Monika Rychcik-Leyk graduated from Technical Physics in 1999 under the supervision of Prof. Jarosław Rybicki.
Monika's PhD thesis was also prepared under the supervision of Prof. Jarosław Rybicki. While still studying for a PhD, she began working as a physics editor at the multimedia publishing house Young Digital Planet S.A., with which she began her later career. For 14 years she worked in successive leadership positions, from coordinator via manager to chief operating officer. She was responsible for strategic planning, management of international technology projects and development of large interdisciplinary teams.
He currently runs his own technology company, mFuture Group, which manufactures software for Polish clients and abroad.
She is also a graduate of Leadership Psychology at SWPS. She founded the organization Leader with Heart, through which, together with friends, she promotes her passion, which is cooperation based on common values.
